You'll get invited to our Meetups as soon as they're scheduled!
Goal is that this "Board Meeting" becomes at least a 2x a month regular weekday surf session; and a connector for others.
Here's a review of Cardiff Reef from a travel magazine:
Cardiff Reef
Preview: Cardiff Reef is a long stretch of beach that sits between two small hillsides bordering the ocean. It's popular with longboarders due to its sand bottom and slow, mushy wave. The rocky reefs along Cardiff can handle anything from little tricklers to double overhead. Cardiff Reef produces both lefts and rights that will wall up, creating a steeper approach that peels off nicely. Cardiff Reef is a long right point break best suited for longboards. The wave starts out mushy and hollows out into a small barrel right that picks up speed as it goes. Farther left near the San Elijo Lagoon is Suckouts, a small, short, hollow break that pushes right into Cardiff Reef once it's closed out. Best Boards: Longboard.
