Re: [surfing-69] traveling with boards - I flew to FL with a 6 ft board. I packed it in a board bag, had to pay an extra fee for it each way, and still ended up with a chip in it, which meant making a claim at the airport office and a lot of paperwork later to get reimbursed for the repair. Re: [surfing-69] traveling with boards - another two cents: I met a couple this summer while surfing at York beach that were from Santa Monica- they had their own boards and said the way to go was ship them and not mess w/ trying to bring them on the plane you are flying on... Board for sale still... - Willis Bros, 7'2" funboard, trifin made in Hawaii 1991, good shape overall, just pressure spots from use on the deck and a small crack ding on the right rail that needs fixing to keep the water out. Fun Board for sale 7' Willis Bros - Hi, I've got a 7'2" fun board, in decent condition for sale.
