  hours notice to go surfing? That is way too long! Sometimes it is hard to 
 predict the waves and the weather very far in advance so we just have to ju
 mp at the opportunity. Anyways\, you weren't doing anything tomorrow (Satur
 day) morning\, were you? \;-)\n\nTomorrow will likely be a great day to be 
 on the water at HMB. The waves will be 2 to 4 foot and while it is a beach 
 break\, there will be a few shoulders to pick off for some fun rides. Today
  at HMB was sunny\, but this is very rare so I can't guarantee sun for tomo
 rrow ... but I can guarantee that the being on the water will be a great wa
 y to get out of the heat.\n\nFor those of you that don't have equipment\, y

 urf\, you can hike down the beach a ways because once you get out of the wa
 ve shadow of the marina\, you will start to get 7 foot plus wave action.\n\
 nThat's about it. Try to setup carpools to save gas (I need a ride!) and we
